Analysis on uniformity of annealing titanium strips coils

摘要 钛带整卷热处理较单片热处理保温时间更长,其组织和性能的均匀性是否能保证,一直困扰着大家。本文通过对3个阶段试验,选用3炉多个批次产品进行性能测试,分别对比了带卷最外圈、最内圈上、中、下;带卷最外圈、壁厚1/4处、壁厚1/2处、壁厚3/4处、最内圈上中下;片式退火整垛料上、中、下、头、中、尾随机取样;分别对产品进行了力学性能等测试。经过分析,总结出带卷退火,整体均匀性较好,最大差值约30 MPa。 Titanium strips may receive longer holding time when applying heat treatment to overall rather than to single.Whether uniformity of its microstructure and property can be guaranteed has been a problem for long. When picking samples in three lots from three different furnaces,property was tested in three phases. Comparing was made in the top,middle and bottom of outermost and innermost of the strip coils; in the outermost,1 /4 from the strip wall,1 /2 from the wall,3 /4 from the wall and the middle and bottom of innermost of the strip coils. Mechanical property was tested by picking random samples annealed for overall strips. After analyzing,uniformity of strip coils annealed was acceptable and the maximum difference value was about 30 MPa.
