摘要
本文提出了采用模板匹配法检测棒材数量的方法。该方法首先采用数学形态学的方法对棒材端面图像进行二值化并提取边界,得到棒材端面的边界图像,然后采用模板匹配的方法对多个圆进行匹配度计算并得到圆心坐标。实验表明该方法是有效、可行的。与传统的Hough变换方法检测圆心的方法相比,本文的方法极大地减少了运算量,大幅度减少了运算时间。
The paper introduces a method of counting numbers of titanium bars based on the template matching. First,we use the method of boundary extraction algorithm in a binary image which is based on the mathematical morphology to get the edge of the end of the bars. Then we compute the match degree and gain the coordinate of the circle centers of muti-circles by the method of template matching. The results show that the method is effective and feasible. Compared to the traditional methods of extraction of the circle centers( Hough transformation),the method can greatly reduce the computation and save the calculation time.
