摘要
研究了不同热处理制度对90×3,200×3,200mm TC4ELI厚板显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经720℃~930℃不同的热处理制度处理后,板材显微组织均为均匀细小的α+β组织,随着退火温度的升高,α相呈球化长大趋势;当在930℃退火时,厚板组织得到了完全再结晶,晶粒的等轴化程度更好,条状相的尺寸发生明显变化,长宽比减小,次生相增多,且力学性能满足GB/T3621-2007要求,纵横向性能基本接近。在相变点以上的1,000℃进行退火后,厚板组织呈典型的魏氏组织,力学性能满足AMS4905要求。
The research on the effects of heat treatment on microscopic structure and mechanical properties of the 90 mm TC4ELI plate is made. This is the result as follow: After different heat treatments between 720 ~ 930℃,the microscopic structures are homogenous and tinyα + β phase. As the anneal temperature rises,α transus grows up as nodulizing. When annealing at the temperature of 930℃,the structure of the plate is re-crystallized with better situation of the grain equal axis,obvious change happened to the dimension of the strip,smaller in length and breadth and more secondary. And the mechanical property is complied with the requirements of GB / T3621-2007. There is similar nature in length and breadth. After annealing at the temperature of 1,000℃,the structure of the plate becomes the obvious Widmannstatten structure,with the mechanical property complied with the requirements of AMS4905.
