摘要
研究了冷轧变形量和热处理对BTi-6554钛合金冷轧板材的显微组织和室温力学性能的影响。结果表明:冷轧变形量从60%提高至75%时,晶粒有所细化,并且固溶后强度提高约60MPa,延伸率有所降低,但仍在19%以上。固溶温度在760~800℃的范围内随温度升高,晶粒尺寸略有长大,强度降低约50MPa,延伸率提高约5%。经固溶时效处理后,板材强度可达1,200MPa以上,并且具有良好的塑性。
The effects of deformation amount and heat treatment on the microstructures and mechanical properties at room temperature of BTi-6554 cold rolling sheets were studied. The results showed that when deformation amount increased from60% to 75%,the grain was refined. The strength increased by 60 MPa after the solution treatment. The elongation decreased,but was still kept above 19%. With the increase of the solution temperature in the range of 760 ℃ to 800 ℃,the grain size grew slightly,the strength decreased by about 50 MPa,and the elongation increased by about 5%. The strength of sheet reachd to 1,200 MPa or more with good plasticity after the solution and aging treatment.
