爆轰波波形控制在生产大面积钛/钢复合板中的应用研究

Research on the application of detonation waveform control in the production of large area titanium-steel clad plates

摘要 通过研究爆轰波形的控制机理,分析指出其在实际工程应用中的相关注意事项。采用两种不同工艺方案对大面积钛/钢复合板进行爆炸焊接实验。接着对制备的TA1/Q345R爆炸复合试样进行宏观形貌、力学性能、微观组织等分析。结果表明:采用分段装药工艺所制备的钛/钢复合板界面无熔化、鼓棱、撕裂、剪切强度低等缺陷,相关性能检测满足NB/T47002.3-2009标准,能够满足装备实验需求。 By studying the control mechanism of the detonation wave,points for attention in the practical engineering application were analyzed. Two different processes of producing large area titanium-steel clad plates were used in the explosive welding tests. Then the macro morphology,mechanical properties and microstructure of the prepared TA1 / Q345 R samples were analyzed. The results showed that the interface has no defects such as melts,protruding sections,tears,low shearing strength on the titanium-steel clad plates which were prepared by the process of divided charge,and relevant properties can satisfy the requirements of standard of NB / T47002. 3-2009 and equipment tests.
