摘要
采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相显微组织观察、力学性能测试及扫描电镜等分析方法对纯钛丝在拉丝过程中的脆断问题进行分析。结果表明:造成纯钛丝脆断的原因是钛丝中的氮含量超出国家海绵钛化学成分标准的要求;显微组织的不均匀性也导致钛丝在拉丝过程中容易脆断。其中钛丝中氮含量偏高是导致拉丝过程中加工强度增加、塑性差、脆断的主要原因。
The problem of brittle fracture of pure titanium wires is analyzed by macroscopic examination,chemical analysis,optical microscopy,mechanical properties testing and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the cause of brittle fracture of titanium wires,which is the content of nitrogen of the titanium sponge exceeds the limit of the national standards And anther cause is the non-homogeneous microscopic structure. The former is the primary reason for weak strength,poor plasticity and the brittle fracture during the processing of titanium wires.
