摘要
本文以钛/钢复合板的退火为例,讨论了其退火的特点、进行热处理的原因及工艺的制定原则。不同退火工艺下其结合区组织的变化以及这些变化对剪切强度、硬度等方面造成的影响,介绍了合金相图在热处理实践中的作用。
The paper discussed the characteristics of annealing,the reason for heat treatment and the principles of making process of titanium clad steel plates. And then,it summarized the the microstructure change under different annealing conditions and its effects on shear strength and hardness. Finally,the paper introduced the function of alloy phase diagram in the heat treatment practice.
