Study on electron beam cold hearth melting technology for TC4 titanium alloy

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,金属行业也得到了快速的发展,尤其是钛合金电子束冷床熔炼技术在航天企业、交通工具等多方面得到了广泛的推广使用。TC4钛合金具有高强度、高韧性、良好的塑性且耐高温、耐腐蚀等一系列优点,是目前应用最广、产量最大的钛合金。它可在退火状态下使用,也可以固溶时效进行强化,成品和半成品主要有棒材、薄板、厚板、型材以及锻件和铸件等。为了获得成分均匀,质量合格的TC4钛合金铸锭,本文具体分析了TC4钛合金电子束冷床熔炼技术的应用优势和工作原理,在此基础上分析当前TC4钛合金电子束冷床熔炼技术的现状以及存在问题,并深入探讨TC4钛合金电子束冷床熔炼技术的发展前景,以期更好地推动TC4钛合金电子束冷床熔炼技术的全面进步。 Metal industry develops rapidly with the development of economy. Titanium alloy is widely used in aerospace and transportation as a wider application of electron beam cold hearth melting technology. TC4 titanium alloy has been widely used in different fields for its high strength,high toughness,good plasticity,high temperature resistance and excellent corrosion. TC4 titanium alloy in the annealed state and solid solution strengthened state can be made into finished and semifinished bars,sheets,plates,forgings and castings. In order to get qualified ingots of TC4 titanium alloy with uniform composition,the advantages and working principles about electron beam cold hearth melting technology for TC4 titanium alloy were described in the paper. Based on these,the present state,existing questions and the future development of electron beam cold hearth melting technology for TC4 titanium alloy were analyzed to promote its all-round progress.
