摘要
研究了不同热处理制度对TC8钛合金棒材组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:TC8合金棒材随着第一重退火温度的升高,初生α相含量明显减少,β转变组织含量增多,晶粒长大,室温强度降低,塑性升高;随着第二重退火温度的升高,初生α相含量基本不变,晶粒略有长大,室温强度降低,塑性升高;经920℃/2h·AC+580℃/1h·AC双重退火后可以得到较好的室温强度与塑性匹配。
This article studied the effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of TC8 titanium alloy bars. The results showed that with the increase of the first annealing temperatures of TC8 alloy,the primary αphases decrease obviously,the β transformation structures increased,the grains grew,the room temperature strength decreased and the plasticity increased. With the increase of the second annealing temperature,the primary α phases remained unchanged,the grains grew slightly,the room temperature strength decreased and the plasticity increased. With the dual annealing method of 920℃/2 h·AC + 580℃/1 h·AC,a good combination of strength and plasticity could be obtained.
