摘要
本文研究了不同除氢工艺流程对TB2薄板时效态组织及性能的影响。结果表明,薄板经760℃×12'/AC固溶、680℃×4h/FC除氢处理、760℃×12'/AC固溶,再经在500℃/AC不同时间的时效后,次生α相析出速率较快,且次生α相析出总量较多,时效8h后强度基本不再发生变化,时效后的抗拉强度可达到1,375MPa;薄板经680℃×4h/FC除氢处理、760℃×12'/AC固溶后,再经500℃/AC不同时间的时效后,次生α相析出速率较慢,且次生α相析出总量较少,时效24h后强度基本不再发生变化,时效后的抗拉强度可达到1,200MPa。
The effects of different dehydrogenation processes on the aging structure and properties of TB2 sheets were studied in the paper. The results showed that the sheets after the treatment of 700℃ × 12’/AC solid solution,680℃ × 4 h/FC dehydrogenation,760℃ × 12’/AC solid solution and 500℃/AC with different hours,the rate of the secondary α phase is fast and the separation amount of the secondary α phase is more. After aging for 8 h,the strength showed no obvious changes and the tensile strength can reach 1,375 MPa. Sheets after the treatment of 680℃ × 4 h/FC dehydrogenation,720℃ × 12’/AC solid solution and 500℃/AC with different hours,the rate of the secondary α phase is slow and the separation amount of the secondary αphase is less. After aging for 24 h,the strength showed no obvious changes and the tensile strength can reach 1,200 MPa.
