摘要
海洋可再生能源技术创新已成为海洋大国利用海洋优势资源,降低煤炭、石油等易造成污染的传统能源使用比例,削减大气污染、保护自然生态环境的重要举措之一。海洋可再生能源技术创新具有多路径的特点,主要包括潮汐能、波浪能、海流能、温差能、盐差能等方面的技术路径创新。各技术路径的创新成熟程度差异很大,本文从技术创新走在前列国家的实践活动出发,对各个技术创新路径的成熟程度及发展阶段进行评价。
Technological innovation of marine renewable energy has become one of the important measures to utilize marine resources, reduce the proportion of traditional energy, such as coal and oil, reduce air pol-lution and protect the natural ecological environment. The technological innovation of marine renewable en-ergy has the characteristics of multi-path, including tidal energy, ocean wave energy, ocean current energy,ocean temperature difference energy, salt difference energy and so on. The degree of technological innova-tion maturity varies greatly. This paper evaluates the mature degree and development stage of each technolog-ical innovation path from the perspective of the practical activities of the advanced countries.
