企业跨国并购文化整合研究——以海尔跨国并购为例

摘要 现代科技与信息发展日新月异,国内企业竞争日益激烈,且国外企业大量涌入中国,给国内企业的发展带来巨大压力,并且呈现出各方面资源紧缺的局面。近年来,为了利用全球化资源,跟上国际进步的步伐,参与到全球化中去,许多中国企业积极进行跨国并购,并购的规模以及领域也在不断扩大。但是,跨国并购极有可能因为双方之间的差异,造成并购失败从而带来巨大损失。本文以海尔为例,分析跨国并购的文化整合,希望从中提炼出一点建议,为企业的并购提供一点借鉴。 With the rapid development of technology and information, the competition of domestic enterprises has become increasingly fierce, and the increase of foreign enterprises has brought tremendous pressure on the development of domestic enterprises, and it has presented a situation of shortage of resources in all aspects. In recent years, in order to take advantage of global resources, keep pace with international progress, and participate in globalization, many Chinese companies are actively pursuing cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and the scale and scope of mergers and acquisitions are also expanding. However, cross-border mergers and acquisitions are very likely to cause huge losses due to the difference between the two parties. Taking Haier as an example, this paper analyzes the cultural integration of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and hopes to extract some suggestions from it, and provide some reference for corporate mergers and acquisitions.
