广州市增城区在建设工程项目审批领域先行先试开展'三证合办'、'三测合办'以及'6028行动'三项行政流程优化改革,改善了区域投资营商环境,激发了市场活力,增强了企业和群众的获得感,开创了区县级流程优化改革的'增城模式'。
Zengcheng district of Guangzhou first carried out three administrative process optimization reforms in fields of construction project approval,including'Joint Management of three Documents','Joint Management of three Surveying and Mapping Tasks'and'6028 Action'.It improved the regional investment business environment,stimulated market vitality,and enhanced the sense of acquisition of enterprises and the masses,which has created a'Zengcheng Model'for district-level process optimization reforms.
