青岛市专利发展态势及在山东省的地位

The Development Trend of Qingdao Patents and its Status in Shandong Province

本文基于orbit专利数据库,并根据WIPO的5个一级技术以及35个二级技术的专利分类标准,针对山东省近5年的专利公开/授权数量、法律状态等数据,从专利的地市分布、技术领域分布、研发方向变化等方面,分析青岛发明专利总体发展现状及在山东省的地位,关注专利发展中出现的问题,提出相应的对策建议。

Based on the Orbit patent database,this paper analyzes the overall development status of Qingdao invention patents and its status in Shandong Province,from the number of patent disclosures/authorizations,legal status,etc.in Shandong Province in the past five years,and also from the patent distribution of cities,technology fields,and the change of research and development directions etc,according to WIPO’s five primary technology and 35 secondary technology patent classification standards,focuses on the problems arising in the development of patents,and then proposes corresponding suggestions.
