在华国际酒店集团企业社会责任内容研究——基于海南区的实践

Research on Corporate Social Responsibility Contents of International Hotel Groups in China——Based on Hainan’s Practice

企业社会责任(Corporate Social Responsibility,简称CSR)已成为学术界和产业界的热点话题。本文通过文献回顾,提出生态责任是酒店CSR的重要组成部分;采用内容分析法,聚焦于已进入海南省的六大在华国际酒店集团,对其CSR实践进行内容分析。研究得出,生态环境是海南省国际品牌酒店CSR的重要关注点,为上述理论观点提供支撑。

Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)has become a hot topic in academia and industry.By reviewing the relevant literature of hotel CSR,this paper proposes that ecological responsibility is an important part of CSR in hotels.Then,it focuses on six major international hotel groups that have entered Hainan Province and uses content analysis method to analyze the content of their CSR practice.It finds out that the ecological environment is an important CSR part of Hainan’s international brand hotels,which provides support for the above viewpoints.
