加快大健康产业发展,是满足人民群众多样化健康需求、提升全民健康素质的时代要求,也是构建现代化产业体系,积极培育经济发展新动能的战略要求。作为粤港澳大湾区重要都市,东莞市在生物医药制造技术和产业布局、生物医药技术研发、产业引导基金、健康服务业发展等方面取得了一定成就,但与先进城市相比在规模、产业技术创新能力、配套政策、资源整合等方面存在着差距,基于分析提出了政策统筹、政策扶持、资源整合、优质项目推进和产业链招商等意见建议。

Accelerating the development of Healthcare Industry is an era requirement to meet the diversi-fied health needs of the people and improve the health quality of the whole people.It is also a strategic re-quirement for building a modern industrial system and actively cultivating new kinetic energy for economic development.As an important city in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area,Dongguan has made certain achievements in biomedical manufacturing technology and industrial layout,biomedical technology research and development,industrial guidance funds,and health service industry development,but in scale and indus-try compared with advanced cities.The gaps in technological innovation capabilities,supporting policies,and resource integration are based on analysis and recommendations such as policy planning,policy support,resource integration,quality project promotion,and industry chain investment.
