摘要
高铁能够促进人口流动速率从而加快中原城市群一体化协同发展,而城镇化进程反过来又对人口流动与分布造成影响。中原城市群高铁交通轴线与小城镇密集发展沿线高度重合,构成了'高铁—人口—城镇'三者正反馈系统。当前郑州及周边城镇人口集聚趋势明显为中原城市群储蓄了潜在'势能',应汲取个别地方'高铁造城'中盲目开发的教训并按照人口流动与分布趋势做好小城镇规划与交通规划,将潜在'势能'转换为发展'动能'。
High-speed rail can promote the rate of population flow and thus accelerate the integrated and coordinated development of the central plains urban agglomeration,while the urbanization process in turn affects the population flow and distribution.The traffic axis of the high-speed railway in the central plains city group is highly coincident with the dense development of small towns,forming a positive feedback system of'high-speed railway-population-town'.The current trend of population concentration in Zhengzhou and its surrounding towns has obviously saved potential'potential energy'for the central plains urban ag-glomeration.we should learn from the blind development of'high-speed rail to build a city'in some places,and do a good job in planning small towns and transportation according to the trend of population flow and dis-tribution,so as to convert the potential'potential energy'into'kinetic energy'for development.
