本文聚焦于共享经济这一新型商业模式,以共享经济商业模式的典型代表Uber为例,对共享经济与共享经济商业模式进行解读。分析了共享经济商业模式的发展态势;讨论了共享经济商业模式发展初期存在的问题及改善对策;并从不同角度阐述了共享经济商业模式发展的必要性以及给我国经济发展带来的影响。

This paper focuses on the new business model of the sharing economy,taking Uber,a typical rep-resentative of the shared economic business model,as an example to interpret the shared economy and the shared economic business model.The development trend of the shared economic business model is analyzed.The problems existing in the early stage of the development of the shared economic business model and the im-provement countermeasures are discussed.The necessity of the development of the shared economic business model and the impact on China’s economic development are expounded from different angles.
