摘要
党的十八大以来,国家高度重视高技能人才队伍建设,对企业而言,培养造就一支素质过硬的技能专家队伍更是实施'人才强企'战略的迫切需要。本文以G公司技能专家管理体系建设为例,重点阐述以评价标准为核心的'选育用留'一体化技能专家管理体系。
Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the country has attached great importance to the construction of highly skilled personnel.For enterprises’perspective,it is an urgent need to cultivate a team of skilled experts with excellent quality to implement the strategy of'strengthen-ing enterprises with talents'.This paper takes the management system construction of skill experts of G com-pany as an example,and focuses on the elaboration of the integrated management system of skill experts with the evaluation criteria as the core.
