发达地区小城镇及农村养老问题对策研究——基于对杭州市建德市的调查

A Study on the Countermeasures of Old-age Support in Small Towns and Rural Areas in Developed Areas: Based on the Survey of Jiande City in Hangzhou City

近年来,我国人口结构趋向老年型的现状给养老服务带来了极大的压力,杭州市建德市的老龄化程度已明显高于全国、全省和杭州市平均水平。在此背景下,建德市通过建立老年食堂、设立视频联网系统,形成了共学养老等新的养老服务模式,但在其取得成效的同时也带来了新的养老问题。笔者深入建德城镇农村,对此模式进行调查分析,力求找到对策来缓解类似地区老龄化带来的养老问题。

In recent years,the current situation of aging population structure in China has brought great pressure to the elderly care service.The aging degree of Jiande in Hangzhou has been significantly higher than the average level of the whole country,the whole province and Hangzhou.In this context,Jiande established the canteen for the aged,set up the video network system,and formed the new pension service mode such as learning for the aged,but at the same time,it brought new pension problems.The author goes deep into the urban and rural areas of Jiande,conducts investigation and analysis on this model,and tries to find countermeasures to alleviate the old-age care problems caused by the aging of similar areas.
