机械通气治疗高龄重症急性左心衰并发症的临床预防和护理体会

Clinical experience of prevention and nursing of mechanical ventilation in treatment of elderly patients with severe acute left heart failure and complications

目的总结高龄重症急性左心衰患者应用机械通气治疗后的并发症发生情况,为其临床预防提供理论依据。方法选取我院急性左心衰患者60例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计并发症发生情况,总结综合防治干预在高龄重症急性左心衰患者中的应用价值。结果心律失常、低血压、消化道出血、酸碱平衡失调是左心衰患者应用机械通气治疗的常见并发症,实验组(综合防治)发生率明显低于对照组(常规护理),差异存在统计意义(30.0%VS50.0%,32.5%VS45.0%,30.0%VS55.0%,15.0%VS40.0%,32.5%VS60.0%,P<0.05)。结论在急性左心衰患者中应用综合防治法,防治效果较佳,值得进一步应用。

Objective To summarize the senile patients with severe acute left heart failure patients with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of the complications,provide theoretical basis for its clinical prevention.Methods 60 cases in our hospital in patients with acute left heart failure,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the occurrence of complications of comprehensive summary statistics,prevention and application value in elderly patients with severe acute left heart failure.Results Arrhythmia,hypotension,gastrointestinal bleeding,acid-base imbalance is a common complication of left heart failure patients with mechanical ventilation treatment,experimental group(control) were significantly lower than the control group(routine nursing),differences in statistical significance(30.0%VS50.0%,32.5%VS45.0%,30.0%VS55.0%,15.0%VS40.0%,32.5%VS60.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive prevention and treatment in patients with acute left ventricular failure,the control effect is good,worthy of further application.
