泌尿外科各种管道的临床应用及护理体会

Clinical application and nursing experience of Department of Urology in pipeline

目的探讨泌尿外科各种管道的临床应用方法、护理方法及效果。方法选取我院自2011年12月-2013年12月泌尿外科收治的40例采用管道治疗的患者临床资料进行观察分析,对其临床应用方法、护理方法及效果进行研究。结果经积极护理,所有患者均痊愈,治愈率为100%;40例患者均未出现尿路感染、肺部感染、造瘘口感染等现象。结论熟悉泌尿外科各类管道的临床应用方法,并给予优质护理干预有助于保证患者住院期间安全,减少并发症发生,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore methods and effect of clinical application of various pipelines,Department of Urology nursing method.Methods The clinical data of patients in our hospital from 2011 December to 2013 December were treated 40 cases of the pipeline Department of Urology treatment were observed and analyzed,studied and effect of its clinical application methods,nursing methods.Results The active nursing,all patients were cured,the cure rate was 100%;urinary tract infection,pulmonary infection,infection of stoma phenomenon did not occur in 40 patients.Conclusion The method of clinical application of familiar with the Department of Urology of various types of pipeline,and given the high quality nursing intervention is helpful to ensure the safety of patients during hospitalization,reduce complications,promote the patient recover.
