胃癌患者围手术期护理中快速康复外科理念应用效果分析

目的探究分析对胃癌患者围手术期进行护理采用快速康复外科理念进行护理的效果。方法将80例胃癌患者随机分为实验组(41例)和对照组(39例),对照组患者进行常规护理,实验组患者常规护理的基础上采用快速康复外科理念进行护理干预。结果实验组患者的术后排气时间、住院时间以及伤口愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的术后并发症显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌患者围手术期进行护理的过程中应用快速康复外科理念,能够有效缩短术后排气时间、住院时间以及伤口愈合时间,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To study the analysis of the patients with gastric cancer undergoing operationof nursing with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing effect.Methods 80 cases of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group(41cases) and control group(39cases),the control group patients were given routine nursing,the experimental group patientsbased on routine nursing care by using the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention.Results The experimental group patients with postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time and wound healing time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group patients with postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fast track surgery nursingduring the peri operation period of patients with gastric cancer,and could reduce the postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time and wound healing time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,worthy of promotion.
