摘要
碳材料是指以碳元素为主要成分,以sp型、sp^2型或sp^3型一种或多种组合的成键方式构成形态不同、结构复杂的一类材料,具有耐高温、导电导热、耐腐蚀及耐摩擦等特性,已广泛应用于液体火箭发动机涡轮泵、飞机、列车以及高档赛车、航空发动机主轴轴承等摩擦领域。本文介绍不同摩擦领域下对碳材料性能需求差异以及材料的选择。
Carbon materials refers to the carbon elements as the main component, with sp, sp^2 or sp^3 type one or more combinations of bonding methods, forming a different shape, complex structure materials, which have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance,friction and wear properties and so on, widely used in friction field of liquid rocket engine turbopump, aircraft, trains and luxury cars, aeroengine main shaft bearing. In this paper, the difference and preparation of carbon material performance requirements in different friction fields and the selection and preparation of materials are introduced.
