摘要
近年来,高校毕业生的就业问题已成为社会各界关注的焦点,一些地方院校的就业压力之重更是不言而喻.本文首先简单介绍了层次分析法,并运用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process简称AHP)来分析大学生对所提供的工作的满意程度,并进一步分析影响大学生就业选择的因素,并针对性的提出了对策与建议.
Nowadays, the employment of university graduates is becoming a focus of the whole society . Especially obvious , the local colleges feel the serious pressure .At first, we introduce the analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) , then we use the AHP to analyze the college students'satisfaction to job providing , and further analyze the influencing factors of college students'employment options .At last , the corresponding counter-measures and suggestions are put forward .
