摘要
表面等离子体共振技术(SPR)是利用金属薄膜的光学耦合产生的一种物理"光学现象".可通过监测SPR的变化,实时监测分子间的相互作用,具有无需荧光标记等特点.分子印迹技术是制备对某一客体分子具有预定选择性材料的过程,利用合成的聚合物内的空穴对模板分子的"记忆效应"来实现对模板分子的选择性识别.本文是以乙酰甲胺膦为模板分子制备的印迹聚合物膜(MIPS),利用SPR传感器进行检测分析蔬菜中的农药残留,结果表明,此种分子印迹传感器具有较好的印迹效果和选择性能.
The technology of surface plasmon resonance ( SPR) is a kind of physical optical phenomena generated by the optical coupling of metal thin film .By monitoring the changes of SPR , real-time monitoring the intermolecular interaction , has no need of fluorescent labeled .Molecular imprinting is a method that can prepare polymer material with predetermined selectivity towards a certain guest molecule .The selective recog-nition of molecularly imprinted polymers to the template molecules is obtained through the "memory effect"of the cavities formed during the polymerization process .This paper is based on the explanation of acephate tem-plate molecularly imprinted membrane ( MIPS ) , and then uses the SPR sensor for residue analysis of pesti-cides in vegetables detection .The satisfactory results were obtained .
