泰山螭霖鱼全人工催产繁殖技术初步研究

摘要 本研究以不同种类及剂量的催产药物对泰山螭霖鱼进行注射催产,并测定了催产前后亲鱼体内Gt H水平的变化.结果表明:以人体绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)25IU+促黄体释放激素类似物A2(LHRHA2)0.4μg+地欧酮(DOM)0.2mg的催产组效果最佳,其效应时间12h左右,催产率为66.7%,且与对照组差异显著,后经人工挤卵、授精,并成功孵化出了仔鱼;催产效果与催产时机(亲鱼的性腺成熟度)相关;催产药物可提高雌雄亲鱼体内促性腺激素(Gt H)的水平. The aim of the present study is to find the controlling factors of the artificial inducement repro-duction of varicorhinusmacrolepis .Different types and doses of oxytocin were injected into the parents of vari-corhinusmacrolepis for artificial inducement reproduction , and concentrations of gonadotropin ( GtH) in male and female parent fish were measured before and after the injection of oxytocin .Results showed that the high-est spawning rate group was which was injected with 25IU Human Chorionic Gonadotropin ( HCG) +0.4μg Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone -A2(LHRH-A2) +0.2mg Domperidone (DOM), and the spaw-ning rate reached 66.7%, which was significantly higher than the control group .After waiting for about 12 hours, eggs were squeezed and inseminated artificially , and then the fry was hatched successfully .Secondly, the effect of oxytocin was associated with the development level of the parent fish .Finally , the injection of ox-ytocin could improve the level of gonadotropin ( GtH) in male and female parent fish .
