摘要
通过选择合适的原料和聚合工艺,根据逐步聚合机理,采用溶液聚合方法,利用预聚体合成高压橡套电缆聚氨酯阻燃冷补胶(下称冷补胶),并对其物理、化学性能进行检测,且对修补后的电缆进行了测试。该冷补胶两组份经交联后制品完全满足3.6/6.0kV橡套电缆护套层用料性能要求;修补后的电缆性能符合煤炭行业标准,与硫化热补具有同等效能;应用该冷补技术可减少因电缆故障升井热补而造成的停产时间。
Through selecting the suitable material and polyreaction process, the high-pressure Urethane fire-resistant cold glue (hereinafter 'Cold glue ') is compounded from pre-polymer with solution polyreaction method based on the gradual polyreaction principle. Its physical & chemical performance and the repaired cable with the cold glue are tested respectively. This cold glue completely meets the requirement of sheath material of 3.6/6.0 kV cable. The performance of the cable repaired is in accordance with the Coal Industry Standard and it has the same effect with curing hot-patch. The use of this cold patch process can reduce the shutdown time comparing the fault cable is lifted for hot patch from underground.
