摘要
根据目前混烃处理系统生产的C_5和液化气两种产品的质量无法同时满足要求的情况,通过对实际的各种混烃进料组成及实际进料与设计进料对比分析,模拟核算混烃脱丁烷塔的分离效果。针对核算结果,提出建议方案,为下步装置的完善提供理论指导。
In view of the situation that the quality of butane and liquefied gas produced in the mixed hydrocarbon treatment system can not meet specifications simultaneously, the separation effectiveness of the debutanizator in the system was simulated and checked through analyses of various actual mixed hydrocarbon feed composition and comparison between actual feed and designed feed. Then according to the results of previous work, a plan is proposed,which is the foundation of further improvement of the system.
