摘要
本文分析了浙江省小型客船近年来在营运中出现的安全事故 ,从企业体制、安全管理模式和船舶设施等方面指出产生安全事故的重要原因 ,并提出应对措施和办法 。
Based on an analysis of the accidents took place in small_sized passenger ships in Zhejiang Province in recent years, the article explores the causes of these accidents by focusing on the enterprises' systems, safety administration mode and ship facilities. Strategies are put forward to secure the safety of ship_based passenger transport.
