水文预报在梅山水库汛期分期蓄洪控制中的运用

Hydrologic forecasting in stage flood storage control in Meishan reservoir

文章通过1991年、2003年等淮河流域发生特大洪水梅山水库调度实例,说明了精确的水文预报在水库预蓄预泄调度中的重要作用,并就如何确定水库分期控制汛限水位,加强预报,灵活调度,提高水库效益提出了一些看法。

This article points out that the accurate hydrologic forecasting plays an important part in reservoir pre-release and pre-storage regulation by studying the case of Meishan reservoir occurring extreme flood in1991and2003across the Huaihe river.The author has come up with some opinions on how to define the stage flood limit level,enhance forecasting,regulate neatly and im-prove the benefits from reservoir.
