通过正交试验对MegafixB型活性染料的大豆蛋白纤维染色工艺进行研究 ,对染料上染时间控制、盐用量、固色时间、碱剂用量及固色温度进行探讨 ,提出了较适宜的染色工艺。

A dyeing process study on soybean protein fiber with megafix B reactive dyestuff is carried out in this article,based on the use of orthogonal experiments,and a proper dyeing process is worked out with preliminary studied dyeing time control, salt dosage, colour-fixing time,alkali dosage in use and colour-fixing temperature.
