摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶技术涂渍的富勒烯新型固相微萃取探头对浸泡在模拟人体汗液中的PVC玩具制品中的5种常见邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的溶出量进行富集、萃取,利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法分析测定这5种增塑剂的溶出量,并考察了影响萃取效率的各种因素,和商用PDMS探头的萃取性能进行了对比。同时对模拟汗液的浸泡条件也进行了研究。该方法的检出限为0.082~0.73μg/L,回收率为82.5%~110.2%,RSD<8%。对实际玩具样品的分析结果表明,该方法准确、可靠。 A new fiber coated with a stationary phase of solgel fullerene was used to determine the leaching quantity of phthalic esters of PVC toys dipped in simulant sweat by solidphase microextractiongaschromatography. The operating conditions that affect the extraction efficiency were studied. The extraction properties were compared with those of the commercial PDMS fibers. The detection limit of this method was 0.082~0.73 μg/L. The recovery of phthalic esters was 82.5%~110.2%. The RSD was less than 8%. This method was applied to the determination of phthalic esters in PVC toys dipped in simulant sweat and the results were satisfactory.
