On the Cultural Cooperation between Colleges and Enterprises from the Perspective of Game Theory

校企文化合作是双赢的博弈。企业文化的本质是利润的最大化,学校文化的本质是培养学生人格的自我完善、自我成长、具有强烈使命感的合格毕业生。从这个意义上讲,校企文化合作博弈就要采取某种妥协方式,找到合作切入点,在合作中,强调团体理性,效率、公平、公正,从而使合作长久而顺利地进行下去。

Cultural cooperation between colleges and enterprises is a win-win game.The essence of enterprise culture is the maximization of profits,while the nature of school culture is to help students improve their personality and grow up to become qualified graduates with strong sense of mission.In this sense,the game is to take some kind of compromise to find the breakthrough point of cooperation and it emphasizes group rationality,efficiency,fairness and justice to make the cooperation long-lasting and smooth.
