高职院校辅导员基本素质决定着学生教育工作的水平,提高辅导员基本素质,强化辅导员工作,加强学生的日常管理,是高职院校教育教学工作中不可或缺的一个重要环节。
Basic qualities of counselors in higher vocational college decide the level of students' education.Therefore,promoting counselors' basic qualities,strengthening the counselors' work and the daily management of students in higher vocational colleges is an indispensable and important link in teaching process.
