Some Thoughts and Countermeasures to Help to Enhance the Vocational Ability of Workers in Downtown Shanghai

以上海中心城区就业创业人员职业技能培训实证分析为例,着重于职业技能培训需求与培训供给现状研究。采用问卷调查和频数统计方法解读就业创业人群对职业技能培训的客观认知和实际需求,分析了促进技能培训发展的有利因素和尚存障碍,提出了克服障碍和解决问题的对策与思考。

This essay took an example of the analysis on the vocational skills training of employed and self-employed people in downtown Shanghai and focused on the research of the current conditions of the needs of vocational skills training and training supply.By adopting the method of questionnaire and frequency statistics,the essay found out the objective cognition and the actual demand of employed and self-employed people on vocational skills training,analyzed the favorable factors and existing obstacles for the promotion of the development of skills training and put forward some thoughts and countermeasures to overcome obstacles and solve problems.
