摘要 针对中职《花卉生产技术》课程教学中存在的教学与生产脱节,学生专业技能操作掌握不够扎实,专业培养目标难以实现,达不到当前园林行业企业的用人要求的实际问题,为解决学校人才培养目标与用人单位人才需求标准之间的矛盾,缩短人才供需差距。文章结合花卉生产技术课程特点,对传统的教学模式、教学内容、教学方法、考核评价办法等方面进行了有针对性的教学改革探索,使学生在实际操作能力、专业素质方面有了改进和提高,取得了较好的课程教学效果。 There are many practical problems in the teaching of flower production technology in secondary vocational college,such as the education is disjoint with the production,students are not skillful on professional operation,the target of professional training is difficult to achieve,students cannot meet the current requirements of the enterprises of landscape architecture industry.In order to solve those problems,the thesis analyzed the characteristics of flower production technology course and did the education reform research on the perspectives of the traditional teaching mode,teaching content,teaching method and evaluation method so that the students can improve their operational and professional quality and the course teaching will achieve good effect.
