Chemical major is the window major for Opening Universities to give service to the development of the country and local economy.Based on the concept of learner-orientation,this article started from the analysis of the characteristics of educating students openly in new period and tried to improve the ability and quality of tutors in order to meet the need of registering in school at any time and diversified and individualized learning,that is to provide better support service from admission to graduation for students receiving open education.
