Opinion on How to Be a Good Teacher under“Modern Apprenticeship”

在国外,"现代学徒制"已是一些制造业较强国家职业教育中最有效地培养应用技能型人才的模式,并且受到法律规定的保护。但我国目前在这方面还是空白,这就需要我们这些从事职业教育教学的高职院校教师,无论是从理论还是实践上都要积极努力地进行研究和探讨,摸索出一条符合中国国情的具有中国特色的"现代学徒制"职业教育之路。

In some countries with developed manufacturing industry,'modern apprenticeship'has been the most effective pattern of cultivating applied and skilled talents in vocational education,and it is protected by the laws.However,in China,there is a big gap to fill in.That needs us-the teachers engaged in vocational education and teaching in higher vocational schools- to actively make efforts to make exploration theoretically or practically,and then find a direction of'modern apprenticeship'for vocational education that conforms to China's actual conditions and has Chinese characteristics.
