旅游心理学教学提高学生心理素质的措施分析

Analysis on Measurement for Improving Students' Psychological Quality by Tourism Psychology Teaching

对于旅游心理学专业的学生而言,良好的心理素质是其顺利步入旅游职业的前提,因此,为了确保旅游专业的学生在毕业后能够顺利步入岗位,有效开展各项业务,必须注重提高学生的职业心理素质。文章针对旅游专业学生心理素质进行了分析,就这一现状对旅游心理学教学所带来的影响展开了讨论,并就如何提高学生心理素质,提出了若干建议,以保障旅游心理学教学实效性。

For tourism psychology majors,good psychological quality is the prerequisite for stepping into the tourism vocation successfully.Therefore,in order to ensure tourism psychology students can successfully adapt themselves to their positions and efficiently carry out various work after graduation,attention should be paid to improve the students' professional psychological diathesis.This paper analyzes the psychological diathesis of tourism majors and discusses the impact of the current state on tourism psychology teaching.Besides,a number of recommendations on how to improve the students' psychological quality were proposed to ensure the pragmaticality of tourism psychology teaching.
