摘要
基于2013年度"中国大学生就业、生活及价值观追踪调查"项目对国内13所高校大学生的调查数据,从人力资本视角出发,以英语水平为主分析了英语水平、政治面貌、学校类型等人力资本对大学生就业的影响。结果发现:英语水平对大学生就业的影响并不大;家庭背景、户籍等因素对大学生就业也几乎没有影响;而政治身份、学校类型、性别对大学生就业却有显著影响。
based on the research data of students from13 universities in the project of 2013'Tracing Studies on College Graduates' Employment,Life and value',this paper mainly analyzes the impact of mainly English proficiency but also including political status and type of universities on graduates employment from the perspective of human resource.The results showed that the impact of English proficiency on employment is not very large;Family background,household register and other factors has rarely no effect on employment;however,the political identity,university type and sex have remarkable impact on employment of university graduates.
