天津市成人高等教育教学现状分析与展望——基于河西职大河西电大成人教育教学现状问卷调查分析结果

Analysis on Current Teaching Status and Prospective of Tianjin Adult Higher Education——Based on Results of Questionnaire Survey on Current Teaching Status of Adult Higher Education in Tianjin Hexi District University for Staffs and Tianjin Radio & TV Uni

针对天津市成人高等学历教育的发展现状做了一系列的调研,并以天津河西区职工大学和天津广播电视大学河西分校作为具体采样对象,采用问卷调查的方式进行调查分析,通过数据统计分析,提出生源数量规模整体减少、不同办学模式之间生源竞争激烈、工学矛盾、专业课程设置不合理、资源投入不足等现状问题,并从拓展校企结合的办学模式;集中式与分布式学习相结合;精心设置专业,针对成人特点进行课程和教材的改革;加大资源投入等四个方面提出了成人高等教育未来发展的建议及展望。

Series of research on current developmental status of adult higher education in Tianjin city are carried out.And with Tianjin Hexi District University for Staffs and Hexi Branch of Tianjin Radio&TV University as the sampling object,the questionnaire survey is adopted.After statistic analysis,this paper puts forward the current issues,such as overall reduction of the number of students,fierce competition on students among different teaching modes,conflict between working and learning,unreasonable specialized courses and insufficient resource investment.Meanwhile,from four aspects of expanding the school-running pattern of school-enterprise combination,combining centralized and distributed learning,arranging specialized courses carefully and carrying out reform on curriculum and teaching materials according to adults' characteristics,this paper also proposes some suggestions on future development of adult higher education,as well as the prospective.
