依法治国视野下高校教育发展途径分析

Analysis on Ways of Development of Higher Education from Perspective of Ruling the Country by Law

依法治校是当前我国依法治国方针战略的一项重要内容,是依法治国思想在高校教育领域具体工作中的真实体现,也是当前我国高等院校建立现代化大学制度、建设具有高法制水平大学的一项最基本的要求。改革开放以来,全国各大高校都在积极推进依法治校的一系列制度建设,法制教育的进程不断的推陈出新日趋完善。然而,伴随着我国高校教学改革的进一步深化,市场经济体制的进一步完善,高校在依法治校方面存在的不足之处也逐渐显露出来。本文旨在习近平总书记十八届四中全会建设法治国家、全面推进依法治国的方针下,对我国高等教育领域的发展途径进行深入的分析和研究。

Managing the school by law is an important part of the strategy of ruling the country by law , is a real embodiment of the idea of ruling the country by law at the specific higher educational work ,and is also a basic requirement of establishing modern system in colleges and universities and establishing colleges and uni‐versities with high level legal institutions .Since reform and opening up ,China’s colleges and universities actively promote the establishment of series of systems according to the idea of managing the school by law .And the legal education is gradually improved through continuous innovation .However ,with further deepening of reform on teaching in China’s colleges and universities and further improvement of market economic system ,deficiencies in managing the school by law gradually appear .With the guidance of the statement made by Xi Jinping ,General Secretary of the Central Committee ,at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Commu‐nist Party of China ,that is ,the strategy of constructing a country ruled by law and comprehensively promoting the practice of ruling the country by law ,this paper makes a deep analysis and research on the ways of develop‐ment of higher education .
