摘要
随着我国国际贸易量的增加,海运业发展迅速,航运公司要做大做强,离不开船员支持。航运市场竞争中航运人才的挖掘是一个很重要的方面,不少航运公司逐渐感受到高级船员流失的威胁。高级船员流失会给航运公司造成损失,严重的还会危及航运公司的生存。根据现实情况,本文对航运公司高级船员流失状态构建评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对高级船员流失状态进行预测,事先了解高级船员动向,避免高级船员流失的发生。
shipping industry shows fast development with increasing international trading volume in China .Sailors are the key to the shipping company .Finding good talents is an important aspect dur‐ing competition in shipping market .So many shipping companies begin to feel threatened by outflow of senior staffs ,which causes loss to the company or even damage the development .In view of the situa‐tion ,the paper establishes the index system to evaluate and predict the outflow of senior staffs based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ,so as to understand their intentions and prevent them from quitting .
