摘要
有效教学是指通过一段时间的教学后,教师帮助学生完成了学习任务,实现了教学目标和促进了学生内在的发展与全面发展,包括能力、知识、创造力、情感、思维与实践能力等方面的发展。高职学生其实是一个思想敏感,对自己期望较高,但同时对挫折的承受力又不强的特殊群体。普遍存在文化基础较差,入学成绩偏低;对人生的目标模糊,自觉性不足,学习习惯不好等问题。
Effective teaching refers to that after a certain period of teaching,teachers can help students to complete the learning tasks,realize the teaching objectives and promote the inner and integrated development of students,including the development of ability,knowledge,creativity,emotions,thoughts,practical ability and other aspects.Students of higher vocational colleges refer to a special community who is very sensitive in thoughts,and has higher expectations on themselves,but their capacity to undertake frustration is not strong at the same time.There is a widely existing phenomenon that their culture bases are weaker and their entrance scores are lower;their goals of life are fuzzy,with the lack of consciousness,bad learning habits and other problems.
