摘要 近些年职业教育的迅猛发展以及社会人才需求的现实矛盾和社会"人才观"的成熟与理性发展,均为我国实施现代学徒制提供了充分条件。现代学徒制是将校企合力发挥到最大的一种人才培养模式,而双育人主体的有效确立则是关键,对此海鸥学徒制的做法可为我国现代学徒制试点的深入推进提供有益借鉴。 The rapid development of vocational education in recent years and the actual contradiction of the demand for social talents and the maturity and rational development of the social'talent concept'provide sufficient conditions for the implementation of modern apprenticeship in China.The modern apprenticeship system is one mode of talent cultivation that maximizes the combination of school and enterprise,and the effective establishment of the subjects of the dual-subjects education is the key.Therefore,the practice of SeaGull apprenticeship system can provide a useful reference for the further advancement of the pilot modern apprenticeship system in China.
