Analysis of the Psychological Characteristics of Juvenile Delinquency and Its Prevention and Control Countermeasures

我国未成年人的犯罪率一直居高不下,且逐年转向低龄化,这就使未成年人犯罪的防控工作成为了重点。基于此,文中分析了未成年人犯罪的心理特征,着重阐述了加强健康的外界环境引导、正确的教育和社会舆论导向、调节未成年人的生理需要和通过心理疏导避免偶发性情绪犯罪这一系列防控对策对于降低未成年人犯罪率的意义。

The crime rate of minors in China has been high and has turned to a younger age year by year.This has made the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency apriority.Based on this,the paper analyzes the psychological characteristics of juvenile delinquency,and emphasizes the significance of the series of prevention and control countermeasures such as Strengthening the guidance of healthy external environment and the orientation of correct education and public opinion,regulating the physiological needs of minors and avoiding accidental emotional crimes through psychological counseling for reducing the crime rate of minors.
