科技金融助推高校创新创业教育发展探究

Research on the Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Promoted by Science,Technology and Finance in Colleges and Universities

党的十九大报告指出:必须"加快建设创新型国家","创新是引领发展的第一动力",新一轮的科技和产业革命推动经济转型升级,必须"激发和保护企业家精神,鼓励更多社会主体投身创新创业"。天津市围绕"三个着力"的发展纲领,大力发展科技金融,进行自主创新示范区建设,引导高校创新创业教育发展。通过分析天津市科技金融助推高校创新创业教育发展过程中存在的问题,因地制宜提出政策建议。

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to'accelerate the construction of an innovative country'and'innovation is the first driving force for development.'A new round of scientific,technological and industrial revolution will promote economic transformation and upgrading,and we must'stimulate and protect entrepreneurship and encourage more social entities to engage in innovation and entrepreneurship.'Focusing on the development program of'three focuses',Tianjin vigorously develops science,technology and finance,carries out the construction of independent innovation demonstration zones,and guides the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.By analyzing the problems existing in the process of promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities with science,technology and finance in Tianjin,this paper puts forward policy suggestions according to local conditions.
