奥芬哒唑干混悬剂驱除猪蛔虫的效果观察

Effect of Oxfendazole Dry Suspension on Deworming Ascaris Suam

应用奥芬哒唑干混悬剂给猪口服驱虫,设5mg/kg b.W,10mg/kg b.W,15mg/kg b.w 3个剂量试验组和对照组。 结果:5mg/kg剂量组的虫卵转阴率为60％,减少率为99.40％;10mg/kg和15mg/kg剂量组虫卵转阴率和减少率均达 100％。全部给药猪均未出现毒副反应。

Oxfendazole dry suspension whith was given was used to dewoim Ascaris suam. The test pigs were divided into three groups single oral 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg and 15mg/kg,resp andcontrol group which was not given the medicine. The results showed that of single oral 5mg/kg dose of Oxfendazole dry suspension of test group was 60%, the decreasing rate of egg was 99.40% ; that of test group 10mg/kg dose and 15mg/kg dose of Oxfendazole dry suspension reach 100% . The all test pigs to be taken medicine did not appear toxic effect.
