摘要 考察了Ru助剂对Mo和Co-Mo/Al_2O_3催化剂加氢脱硫性能的影响,发现少量Ru(NO_3)_3的引入可显著提高催化剂的HDS(加氢脱硫)和HYD(环己烯加氢)性能。测定了硫化态催化剂的化学吸H_2、O_3和CO量,表明Ru助剂的作用主要是促进催化剂上形成更多的活性中心。 In this paper, the effect of Ru promoter on Mo and Co-Mo/Al_2O_3 hydrodesulfurization catalysis has been studied. The Ru was introduced into catalysts by impregnation of Ru(NO_3)_3 solution. The activities of removal of thiophene and hydrogenation of cyclohexene were examined using a microreactor operating at 3.5MPa H_2 pressure and 227℃.The experimental results show that: (1) Small amount of Ru added to Mo/Al_2O_3 and Co-Mo/Al_2O_3 catalysts can considerably improve catalytic activity. For example, when 0.5wt% Ru was introduced to Co-Mo/Al_2O_3 catalyst,the hydrodesulfurization and hydrogenation activities were increased from 31% and 11% to 81.5% and 55% respectively.Such promotion effect of Ru on commercial catalysts Co-Mo/Al_2O_3 was also observed.(2) The type of Ru precursors and pretreatment conditions of Mo/Al_2O_3 before adding Ru have great influence on the promotion effect.Ru(NO_3)_3 is better than RuCl_3 because the remaining Cl ion inhibits the activating ability of Ru for H_2.The activity of Ru-Mo/Al_2O_3 catalyst can be improved if Mo/Al_2O_3 is pre(?)realed in H_2 at 400℃ before adding Ru. (3)The chemisorption of H_2, O_2 and CO on sulfided catalyst indicates that the Ru promoter will greatly increase the amount of these gases chemisorbed on catalyst. It reveals that the effect of Ru is to enhance the formation of active Mo sites through spillover of hydrogen activated on Ru.
